Who is Cindy Rold?
Cindy Rold, Esq. is the Resilience Expert of choice for business executives and attorneys around the world. Ever the optimistic voice in the room, Cindy’s inspiring support gives those she works with the confidence and positivity to achieve whatever they desire.
Today, she helps those she works with to recognize, understand, and overcome the sometimes invisible obstacles that may keep them from achieving success and fulfillment in both the workplace and their personal lives. Cindy helps them to escape the illusion that things can’t change, and shows them that with the right perspective, attitude, and strategies that they can create change in their lives.
A graduate of Northwestern University School of Law, she turned down numerous job offers from large law firms to follow her heart. She felt passionate about helping law students recognize that they had many options when they graduated, and they didn’t have to follow one path. As Director of Career Services for Northwestern Law School and later Dean of Admissions for Duke Law School and Dean of Students for University of Illinois College of Law, her goal was to help students make the best choices for their lives.
As an executive coach to attorneys and business professionals, she has continued that mission of helping others make choices that align with their values and beliefs. Since 2003, she has coached clients from Maine to Hawaii and in over 30 countries worldwide. She is an accomplished keynote speaker and worked for over 12 years as one of only a dozen Platinum Partner coaches with the Anthony Robbins Company and as a Strengths Coach for The Marcus Buckingham Company.
She has coached and spoken at law firms in Canada, the U.S. and the British Virgin Islands and with multinational companies such as KPMG, Facebook, Accenture, Hampton Inn, and Deloitte.
An avid traveler, (she had traveled to all 50 states by the time she was 30), Cindy has visited six continents, and is based out of the beautiful state of Colorado. On the weekends, you can often find her in the mountains skiing or hiking.
